Transport Your Lift with a Custom Trailer

Tracked Lift Trailers

The Dual Axle Steel Trailer is built with two 6,000 lb capacity torsion axles. The trailer can be derated to 9,990 lbs GVWR in order to meet DOT rules & regulations. This heavy duty trailer is equipped with electric, self-adjusting brakes for both axles. Long aluminum ramps make it easy to load our tracked lifts onto the trailer safely & quickly, as well as any other equipment.

Special Features

Heavy Duty Mesh Floor

While tracked equipment solves many travel problems, rubber tracks create new ones, especially with slick mud, snow, and ice. If there is any sort of slope on the deck of a trailer, equipment can unexpectedly and quickly slide out of control and cause significant equipment damage or, worse - injuries, which can cost you thousands of dollars.

The heavy duty mesh floor makes it much safer to load/unload machines equipped with rubber tracks removing the risk of slippery rubber sliding on the trailer deck.

Balance Beam Suspension System

Equipped with “horizontal shock dispersion springs” provides a better ride and disperses road shock “horizontally,” rather than “vertically” like other straight springs or rubber torsion spring trailers. Vertically transmitted road shock can severely damage equipment during travel and the reason ALL TRACTOR TRAILERS are equipped with air springs

Strong and Lightweight

12,000 GVWR trailer is strategically designed to be strong, yet ultra lightweight (only 2,050 lbs) to minimize dead weight. Similar competitor trailers weigh from 3,200 lbs. to as much as 3,700 lbs. This immense extra weight generally requires a CDL CLASS A license, which is expensive and difficult to obtain. This trailer solves that challenge and saves you money.

Ultra-Low Deck

The exclusive ultra-low deck (12" - 14" height) provides for fast, easy, and safe lift loading. Similar competitor trailers can have deck heights of up to 32" which requires the trailer to be even longer and heavier in orer to load/unload equipment.

Lightweight, Strong Flip-up Ramps

8,000 lbs. capacity (each) aluminum 72" flip-up ramps are so light you can lift them up with one finger. They are easily adjustable, come equipped with a quick spring-loaded lock pin, and are fast, easy to deploy, and use. Individual ramp design prevents "trailer deck racking" on uneven ground.
