During times like these, we feel an overwhelming sense of responsibility toward our staff and customers. It’s a reminder that we’re all in this together! The health and safety of our employees and customers, along with continuing to provide a high level of service is a top priority for our team. Our teams are working hard to ensure uninterrupted quality service for you. While there may be some things we can’t do, we are here to assist in any way that will not put anyone in danger.
Our sales team continues to be available to take calls and provide an in-person demonstration of our equipment. If you would prefer a video demonstration, we have many videos available for you to view on our YouTube site. We also believe we have the largest inventory of lifts in-stock with the fastest availability in North America. Our growing network of stocking dealers is available with an inventory of new lifts and is available for service and parts support.
Our parts team continues to take your calls, receive parts from our vendors, and ship them to our customers. We pride ourselves on having a large in-stock ready to ship inventory of parts, with availability to ship parts the same day. Please call our friendly parts team for parts you may need for regular maintenance. We have filters of all kinds in stock and UPS continues to pick up and deliver. The downtime caused by this crisis can make a great time to catch up on taking care of your equipment.
Our service team is hard at work processing new equipment and servicing customer machines to our highest standard. To keep our technicians from having to travel, we are currently prioritizing in-house work over non-emergency road work. Our team can help you understand our work queue and travel availability. However, at the moment, we are being cautious with discretionary travel for safety reasons. We are happy to help point you to a local resource if one is available for your needs. We are currently accepting work in our workshop for regular maintenance, inspections, etc.
Our top-notch, in-person delivery and familiarization service continues to function as normal. We are working on alternative delivery & familiarization options for some customers. If this is a concern for you, please contact our delivery team at 978-712-4950 option 5. We now have several videos available for all of our customers, and if you’d like a refresher course on some functionality of your lift, contact us at and we’ll get you set up!
Our office staff is split between remote and in-office work based on need. All employees have been briefed on “stay-at-home” rules due to sickness or contact with someone known to have COVID-19.
